Each provider operates under their own terms of service and privacy policy and may independently process and store your conversation data. MOXYZ STUDIO is not responsible for third-party policies, practices, availability, or outages.
When you interact with AI-powered features, your conversations may be logged, stored, and analyzed. Certain inputs (such as text you enter) may be transmitted to third-party AI providers' servers for processing. Anonymized data may be used to improve AI model performance. We only send what is strictly necessary to deliver the feature.
We may share conversation data with third-party AI providers as necessary to operate AI-powered features. Conversations are not protected by therapist-patient privilege or similar legal protections. Law enforcement or regulatory authorities may access conversation data when presented with a valid legal process (e.g., subpoena or court order).
Inputs transmitted to AI providers for processing are subject to each provider's data retention policies. MOXYZ STUDIO does not independently store the content of your AI interactions beyond what is required for basic app functionality.
Data processed via third-party AI providers may be transferred to and stored on servers located in the United States or other countries. By using AI-powered features, you consent to this transfer.
