Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Balls mobile application ("App") created by Moxyz Studio ("Developer"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
1.1 The Balls App is designed for gaming entertainment purposes only. The Developer is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to physical injuries, social implications, or any other damages.

3.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Balls App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, belong to the Developer or its licensors.
4.1 The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the users and the Developer regarding the Balls App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
5.2 The Developer may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
